Your team is your capacity, and scaling means getting the right people in the right seats—yesterday. In part 2, you’ll learn:
Why you got it so wrong about past failed hires and how to hire the right people for scale going forward (and when to leverage technology or outsourcing instead)
How to use data to lead your team and unlock their full capacity for growth

Part 3: Leadership & the Rhythms of Scale

How to design a custom, lightweight operating rhythm framework that supports scale without burdening your business with unnecessary overhead
